At the height of her career, Kim was flying first class, interviewing A-list celebrities, and building a thriving global media career. She was right where she wanted to be. Then everything changed.

A life-threatening infection nearly killed her. She broke both feet. Several close friends passed away. She gained 100 pounds and covid anxiety left her isolated for years.

Nearly a decade slipped by, until, one day, she woke up middle-aged, single, childless, plus-sized, and struggling with her physical and mental health. Worst of all, she realized she had stopped living. She was miles from where she wanted to be at this stage in life.

Instead of giving up, Kim rebuilt her life using the only thing more powerful than her fears….her love of travel. She joined the BBC’s Travel Show, and CNN Travel, and forced herself to get back out there again and reclaim her life. Now, she's traveling the world in search of health, confidence, and joy. The road has been long, but the adventure isn’t over yet!
